Paul Lawrence Riggins

Paul Lawrence Riggins was born on June 24, 1951 in Crockett, Texas to Henry and Doris Walker Riggins. He attended elementary, middle and high school in Crockett.

Paul was a fun-loving person.  He enjoyed playing pool, going to the casino, listening to music, playing dominoes, and hanging out with his friends and family.

For many years, he worked in the Greenville Independent School District and was a truck driver.

On November 16, 2023, Paul Lawrence Riggins departed this life.  He was preceded in death by his parents. 

Left to honor his life and cherish his memory are his children, Paul L. Riggins, Jr. (Stefanie) and Tawanna Nelson; grandchildren, Simone Cook, Otis Amos, Maliyah Riggins and Jayden Riggins; two sisters, Dorothy Porter and Dorothy Hicks; two brothers, Henry Riggins and Albert Hicks; close friends, Dan Owens, Pearl Jefferson and Eddie, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
