On the bright and blessed day of August 10, 1965 in Grapeland, Texas, Jacquelyn Inez Hackett, was born to her loving parents, D.B. and Betty Hackett, Sr. Jackie, as she was adoringly called, accepted Christ at a very young age while attending Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. A. C. Harris. She remained a lifelong and faithful member as a dutiful usher. Jackie attended Crockett Independent School District schools and graduated from Crockett High School with the class of 1984. She went on to complete Cosmetology at Trinity Valley Community College and beautified hair for so many throughout her years as a hair stylist. She was employed at Pizza Hut, Crockett ISD, Crockett State School, GETCAP Head Start, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Additionally, she was a stay-at-home wife and mother, who lovingly cared for her family. Jackie married the love of her life, Richard K. Johnson, Jr. over 30 years ago. To this union, one child, Richarda Kintreall Johnson, was born. Jackie is now reunited in Heaven with her parents; paternal grandparents (Isaac and Maudella Hackett); maternal grandparents (Arie and Geneva Jones); two brothers (Frank Owens and Larry Hackett); sister (Ada Bell Simon); brother-in-law (John L. Simon); father-in-law (Richard K. Johnson, Sr.); nephew (Timothy Riggins), and god-son (Darius Baker).Heavenly Jackie leaves to cherish her memories: her husband, Richard K. Johnson, Jr; daughter, Richarda Johnson; blessing daughter, Aubrey Garrett; step-daughter, Jewelisa Johnson Saavedra (Luis);god-daughter, Mikayla Scott; brother, D. B. Hackett, Jr. (Jessie); sisters, Dorothy Riggins, Rose Hackett, Cynthia Hackett, and Liesa Hackett; aunt, Annie Bolton (Pastor Lynn Bolton); mother-in-law, Freida Johnson; brothers and sisters-in-law, Rachella Johnson, Charlotte Ross (Terry), Robert Johnson, and Sarah Reagans (Kenneth).Jackie had numerous SPECIAL FRIENDS who touched her life in a big way, as well as countless nieces and nephews. Additionally, she cherished a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends.
