DAWN A. (GILMORE) GILMORE

Dawn Amia Gilmore was born on April 19, 1966 in Brenham, Texas to Oscar and Canzada Watts Gilmore.  She attended Cornelius Elementary, Hartman Junior High and Sterling High School.

At an early age, Dawn accepted Christ and was  baptized.  She maintained her faith throughout her life.

For leisure, Dawn enjoyed watching reality TV shows and caring for her brother and nieces.  For many years, she worked for Neiman Marcus and later, in the customer service division of AT&T.

On December 4, 2023, Dawn Amia Gilmore entered into eternal rest.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother (Donald Gilmore).

Left to honor her life and cherish her memory are her brother, Duane Craig Gilmore; nieces, Kimberly Spiller, Kamia Spiller and Kamiah Spiller; nephew, Rashad Cobbs; aunts, Johnnie Mae Ray, Matilda Foster, and a host of other relatives and friends.
