Barbara Jackson Obituary

Barbara Ann Jordan was born, a twin on August 9,1960, in Houston, Texas to J. B. Jordan and Earlene Jordan. She attended the Madisonville area schools and later received her GED in Houston.

Barbara Ann met and married Peary Beauchamp Sr. and they blessed with four children. As their family began to grow and prosper, Barbara Ann, got her first job ad a licensed cosmetologists. The family joined St. Luke Baptist Church now known as The Crossing Community Church, under the pastoral guidance of Rev. Harvey M. Walker. She later divorced and re-married Neil Jackson.

During her leisure time, Barbara Ann enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, fishing and camping. She was an outstanding wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, mother-in-law, and friend.

On August 16, 2022, Barbara Ann entered into eternal rest. She was proceeded in death by her parents, two brothers (Ottie Ray Jordan and Earl H. Wimbush), one daughter (Krystal Dominique Beauchamp), two aunts (Ruby Smith and Eudrey Baylor), four uncles (Willie, James, Cleon, and Herman), and one great-nephew (Tadarrel St. Julien).

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Tiese Jordan, Peary Beauchamp, Jr., and Zeld Walls; three sisters Sally Jordan, her twin, Barbara Fuller, and Jenell Wimbush; three brothers, Earl Edwards, Lonnie Earl, and Richard Jordan; 13 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
