Remembering Brian . . .
Anthony Brian Holiday was born on November 19, 1981 in Houston, Texas to the parentage of A.B. Holiday and Gwendolyn Cooper Holiday.
He attended Crockett Elementary, Middle and High School. Known as “Brian” by family and friends, he relocated to Houston, Texas where he attended New Direction Fellowship Church, where he was baptized in Shenandoah, Texas by Pastor Damien Brown.
Brian was well loved by his family and friends. He enjoyed spending time with them and watching sports. He had a true interest in technology.
Brian was an entrepreneur. He was the owner, operator and C.E.O. of A.B. Hol Trucking and Transport. He also established a business LuKay Enterprises alongside his daughter.
On October 27, 2022, Anthony Brian Holiday entered the realm of eternity. He was preceded in transition by his parents and grandmother (Frankie Mae Sandles).
Left to honor his life and cherish his memory are his spouse, Janie Johnson Holiday; daughter, Lauren Gaines; sister, Tomuda Boss; aunts, Ruby McCoy and Rayfell McCullough; uncle, Charles Bailey; niece, Jasmine Walker; nephews, Keitron Walker, Jaymonte McClendon, Dejohn Busby-Boss, and a host of other relatives and friends, as well as the Screw Crew.
