On February 10, 1965, in Houston, Texas, the Lord blessed Lee Porter Blackmon and Janie Pearl Daniels with a precious son whom they named Anthony Wayne Daniels. Although Anthony was born in Houston, he was raised in Clayton, Louisiana. He was a man who loved God and his family. Anthony accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church in Loamland, Louisiana (Tensas Parish) where he was baptized by Rev. Leon Smith Sr. As an adult, he was a member of Loving Word Fellowship Church in Houston, Texas.
Anthony was educated in the Houston Independent School District. He attended Ross Sterling High School and later received his GED. He received certifications in small engine mechanics and minor plumbing.
Anthony loved to read, watch action and car building movies, music, installing car radios and amplifiers, and eating pistachios. He was a devoted member of the Baytown Streetcar Racing Association and was employed with Quala Chemical Company for 12 years. He later gained employment with Veolia North America Chemical Plant where he worked for 4 years.
On October 9, 2023, Anthony entered into eternal rest. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother (Lester Wilton Guyton), grandfather (Reed Daniels, Sr.), grandmother (Martha Campbell Daniels), and brother-in-law (Earl Columb).
